Annoyed

Just have to rant here a little bit. When my husband and I started TTC #1, we kept it very private. We've been trying for a few months now, and have decided to start telling some close family.

It's really been bothering me that everyone seems to have a 'magical answer' for why we can't get pregnant. I've heard, 'pray harder and God will give you a baby' or 'you'll get pregnant when you're not trying so hard' or, 'your time will come', etc.

I guess when I share that I'm having difficulty getting pregnant, I'm not looking for a generic response of hopefulness. I wish people would just understand the fact that yes, we're trying, and no, we don't need to hear your reasoning as to why you think we haven't gotten pregnant yet.

Now I regret even telling people and wish I could take it back

Anyone else bothered by this? Could be because AF showed up again so I'm a boy more irritable
