TTC missed period day 2. Should I test?

My period should've come yesterday but still a no show. Trying to decide if it's worth it to take a test or just wait it out. Advice?

This is a hard one I have go so excited before I was 10 days late but I wasn't pregnant but its such a patient tester I couldn't wait it eats away at me 
Test now and see but if neg but still no period test again in a few days .
