I am against them in general, but I once had no choice but to bum one off a friend. This was the first time for me, we were hiking, and it was like I say on a stick and didn't pull it out. My "Frankenstein" movement proved amusing for everyone though...

First time I tried, I couldn't get it in. I came out of the bathroom holding it and asked my mom for help. She was standing next to my dad and as he saw the bloody tampon tip, a wave of sheer horror swept over his face. My mom (being a germaphobe) expressed her disgust and as she lead me back in to the bathroom, I heard my dad mention how he wasn't going to eat for a month.

I tried use them as a young girl at the beach. Reflecting back I think I did not push it in enough as it fell out in the ocean. Yes, yet another reason not to go in the ocean, friends.

I haven't used them since, though I'm not against using them however. I suppose I am have just comfortably conformed to sporting pads.

When I first got my period my mom explained to me how it hurt so bad when she first used a tampon so I've never used one and don't want to. #teampads

It hurt like h€££. I thought I was being good and bought the cardboard applicator kind.  I was too slow, because I didnt know what I was doing, and the applicator got stuck in there . 😂  Ohhh talk about pain, and I wasnt willing to ask for help, it took forever to get the applicator out.

It wasn't really difficult but it's like doing anything for the first time. It was a little awkward and scary because of things I had read. . You just have to figure out what position is best for you. . You can't just jam it up there lol aside from that I was just really aware of it for a few days. I generally prefer them over pads. They keep you cleaner with less mistakes 👌

It was horrible! I cried because of the pain. But after a couple of times trying it did't hurt anymore and it became comfortable.

lmao i was 11 with some discharge so my dumb ass sister gave me a lite and told me what to do with it, long story short it got stuck... 😐😬

Tampons took some getting use to for me. Now they great! I feel better without a hot moist diaper in my pants 😝
