1 year postpartum help!!

So when I was pregnant I always said I would get back into shape as soon as I was able to after the baby was born. One year later and I'm not where I want to be. I have no motivation to work out and I'm always craving sweets and junk food :/ I'm not overweight I'm just 5 pounds from my original weight but my body still has a little belly fat and love handles that I want to get rid of. What are so of your holy grail  tips and tricks to get rid of the extra weight ? TIA!
