I want to go on birth control but i don't want my mom to find out and i have no idea how to get birth control without her knowing... help?!

Just tell her it's because you have painful periods and want them to be regular, that's what I did.

I know I'm the weird one here, but honestly telling my mom was the best thing I did.  Being open and honest with her about everything when I was younger helped a lot.  Yeah I'm sure she was upset that her baby was wanting bc, but I was shocked how supportive she was and still is.  She was just proud and happy I wanted birth control.   It saved on drama down the road.  I don't know your family dynamic so I'm not sure it would help.  There are clinics though, also find out the laws in your state you may be able to just go to the doctor and ask for it and they may not be able to tell your mom. Even if you're under 18, there are places where limited information is given to parents once you're over 14.  I hope you're able to find what you need without fear.

Why don't you just go to a walk in clinic and then bring the prescription to a pharmacist and pay for it.

How old are you? Are in college or do you plan on going? Do you need birth control because of your period or are you sexually active?
