Too soon to take a pregnancy test????

Question

I'm 2 days away from my period... is it too soon to take a pregnancy test? The wait is killing me and I've been having a lot of the symptoms.  Not sure if they're real of just my mind. We've been ttc for 5 months now. 
Feeling frustrated but excited at the same time. I want to take a test but not sure if its too early... should I wait & if so how many days given my period doesn't show?

You can take one right now, but with a very sensitive test. Try maybe first response, you might not get a positive. Then after missed period, you can wait up to 3 days or test if you're a day late (:

Each person is different. Your levels may be high enough to show a positive right now. Take one, but don't be disappointed if it's negative, just retake it in a couple days! That's what I would do!

I took one this morning at 7 days before my period was due and got a positive. (I do think I ovulated early though)
You can definitely take one now, just don't be discouraged if it's negative. It's still early!
