False Labor????

Is this really false labor.... Or what. I had really bad back tension/pressure all yesterday went to hospital didnt dilate anymore then what i already have. No contractions picked up on monitor. And im having really loose bowel movements.

If wait until the contractions are unbearable b4 heading to LD. I have been in active/false labor for 5 weeks now. With real intense contractions but weren't close enough or unbearable.

When you have contraction you def will know the different if they come every 5 minutes apart should go to the hospital . If for some reason you don't feel the baby go to the hospital it's been case of women having contraction and they don't feel it. About your plug it can be weeks before you go into labor.
