TAMPON HELP
I've been using pads since forever but I think I wanna make the switch to tampons but I have no clue how to insert it, what size to use (I am a mother of one) and have heavy periods on the first three days and have light periods for the last three, and I don't know what brand is the best for preventing leaks. Help plz!
