I'm 34 weeks along and I've been scratching my arms, hands and feet like crazy. I noticed a bunch of tiny bumps on each area recently. I'm worried this might be a heat rash or some kind of allergic reaction or something. I'm not sure what it is. My grandmother is retired so no matter how hot it gets she doesn't cut the AC on to save money. I have 3 fans in my room and it's still too hot. Could it just be the heat from the room I'm staying in? Or is it common to get a heat rash or a rash like this when your pregnant? Or is it a combination of both?
