second time loss

I've been fortunate enough to get pregnant twice since the end of March. Both ended in loss.  The first was a natural MC on May 4th. The second happened after this weeks hcg levels revealed an abnormal increase. It was very early but they also couldn't see the baby anywhere on my scan. So as of yesterday they didn't know if the pregnancy was in my uterus or an ectopic. They did a D&C and it was absolutely horrifying. I cried the entire time. This second loss was really hard to handle. I feel like none of my close friends have gone through anything like this, which makes it hard as well.
