Bleeding while pregnant?

Has anyone in there 1st trimester ever bleed and everything turned out OK?

Why kind of bleeding heavy or light? I bled lightly with my second daughter around 12 weeks and she is now upstairs singing moana when she's supposed to be sleeping ( she's 3) I had apparently done something that day that was a little too much for my body. Praying for you I hope everything is ok!
