Anyone else dealing with a toddler going through seperation anxiety? How do you deal with it?

I just don't do anything or go anywhere:( my son freaks if I'm just in another room or just cant plain see me! He does do ok with my mother in law but only for an hour or 2 at most. It is a whole new experience for me as my oldest never went through this, she loved to socialize and go places.

My daughter is recently starting to have separation anxiety. She immediately starts crying when she knows I'm leaving her. My mother in law says she only cries for a couple minutes and is usually easily distracted. However she's being really fussy about eating and taking naps.

same here! while i go to work, my mom takes care of him. he only cries for a few and then gets distracted

Not dealing well. The creche is bearing the brunt as she screams when she is not within touching distance. It started abruptly 3 weeks ago.
