finally deciding to try

Today is my first day working out, I know it isn't much but I've done 13 minutes on a shaker machine thing, 20 crunches, 20 donkey kickbacks, 10 girl push ups and stretches! Plus I walk 15-20 minutes each week day. Fingers crossed I see results in a couple of weeks or so. 😊☺️ actually makes me feel like I'm making a difference
