Too much discharge?

I feel like I have so much discharge its embarrassing. My panties are never dry by the end of the day! Is this normal? And is it possible for the discharge to decrease?

I have the same problem.😒 but try wearing pantie liner so that its less discomfort.I recommend the U by Kotex barely there's or carefree. For REALLY Heavy days try U by Kotex light days. Good luck! 😊👍

I find that when I drink a lot of water, 2-3 bottles a day I hardly ever see discharge. Maybe 3 days out of 7

If your not pregnant which it is totally normal when your pregnant to have excessive discharge then it could be maybe an overgrowth of bacteria (it's normal for women to get this) what helps to prevent is using white soaps scent free like dove. We are only suppose to rinse with warm water down there but of course we all don't feel clean without soap. There is a gel that you can get prescribed to you by your doctor which will decrease the discharge. Bacterial Vaginosis again don't freak out it is normal and treatable. See your doctor about the discharge they will give u better insight on it. Sometimes if it is this it does go away on its own as well. Underwear tightness and things can cause lots of discharge too.
