Nausea...

I am really struggling with nausea, which is making me struggle with other things, such as drinking enough water. Everything, even just water, either triggers the nausea or makes the existing nausea worse. I'm trying to do what my doctor has told me, but nothing is helping. I'm eating small meals every 2-3 hours. I'm using ginger. I'm tryingto stay  hydrated. I have Zofran, but that's a joke. I can sometimes sit or lay in a position, and the nausea will ease, but the slightest movement brings it rushing back. Does anyone have any tips or ideas on something that can help?
