F*cking Sleep Disorder

My sleep disorder is torturing me again tonight. This happens almost every week and I'm fed up. The weekend is a super busy time for me and the anxiousness I feel overpowers the melatonin supplements I take. Tonight I'm constantly yawning without feeling drowsy, my stomach feels like it's in nots, and I'm getting the chills. I'm currenly reading a book and while I do feel a little sleepy, I'm not tired. My circadian rhythm has been wompy all week and it caused me to sleep in super late which is why I'm having trouble sleeping now. What can I do?!
