vitex.. acne?

Acne breakouts along jawline and chin, I've read up on how it can cause this. I'm curious as to whether or not this means it's working? Online also says too much progesterone can cause acne, so maybe I'm not progesterone deficient anymore? I'm so confused. I need provera in order to have a cycle. What's your thoughts.
