I had a Pap smear and some other testing done for my regular OB visit on Thursday. I woke up this morning with a little bit of blood in my underwear as well as when I wiped... it wasn't bright but you could tell it was blood,  I'm not having any cramps but could this be a miscarriage? Or could it be old blood just now making its way through? It might be an obvious answer just want some reassurance thanks!
