how do you manual labor working preggos do it?

Lately it seems so hard to stay at work I feel like I have no energy and it's SO hot inside where I work. Any tips??

I know the feeling!! I'm a CNA and almost 17 weeks along. Work is exhausting me at this point!! My best suggestion would just be to stay hydrated and take breaks when you need them 🙂

I work as a bakery manager in a grocery store and spend my days breaking down pallets of product, lifting heavy oven trays in and out of 500 degree ovens, and going up and down stairs ENDLESSLY. whenever I think I can't make it through the day I remind myself just how badass I am and it keeps me going. :) (And then I eat another cookie, cuz hey, I burned the calories right??) 
I figure all of this will put me in good shape to chase a baby around someday soon too!
