My son started getting them after his first bath in the hospital. I was told it's called "newborn rash" completely normal and no treatment or remedy necessary. It's just the baby's skin reacting to life outside. My son still gets a random one or two on his arm, leg, or face and he will be a month old tomorrow.

My daughter had them all over her face when she was born (a week ago). They're called Milia or "milk spots" completely harmless; absolutely normal. They'll shrink & disappear with time.

Looks like baby acne. My daughter had it to when we brought her home. Ended up back at the doc because of worry and it was nothing and went away on its own.
