advice ?

Ion 36 weeks 3 days I've felt really strange all day pains in my back and strong braxtion hicks pains I was walking up stairs before and felt a small gush witch was clear but didn't know if it might be pee?! Since then the last 30 mins I'm having regular contractions in my stomach that really hurt! I'm embarrassed to call hospital Incase I just need a poo there like poo/period pains help?!
