My daughter is just about 11months and I am about 13weeks pregnant with twins. With my daughter I had mild morning sickness, just in the morning and 2nd trimester I had extremely bad migraines. With this pregnancy I've had all day extremely bad morning sickness and I am just starting to get the migraines. Any ticks or remedies that will help! Ive had one for also 24hrs and I am so desperate for relief. Please help!
