Am I feeling movements?

Question

I'm currently 18w4d and the last couple of weeks I've been feeling strange tickles around my stomach to the right or left. And some times bubbles... but could be gas? 
It's my first baby so I'm not sure what I'm feeling or if I'm getting too excited. Waiting for real obvious kicks so I can relax a bit more!!

I didn't feel anything until my baby was making big, full blown kicks haha but now I feel him moving and feel kicks and kind of a tickling feeling when he flips or turns. I'd say it's definitely baby you're feeling. A friend of mine is about 18 weeks and said it feels like baby is tickling her too, so your description sounds like hers.

At 18 weeks, 4 days feeling your baby is highly likely! I am a FTM too and started feeling my baby move toward the end of my 16th week.
