My landlord never fixed anything I've requested  to be repaired and his excuse is that he's broke. He requests for me to pay the rent early a lot and I assume it's when he's broke. I've realized that my lease has been up and I have not renewed it. I'm really wanting to leave. Do you think he would try to sue me or something if I left?? I paid for this month already.
