Confused

Been TTC for a couple months but I just stopped taking BC in March. My cycles have been really long since. Last cycle was 44 days. I'm now on day 44 of this cycle but no sign of AF, temps did not stay raised for more than 4 days, BFN yesterday, and lots of EW CM. Could it be possible that I had an anovulatory cycle and now I am ovulating instead of being at the end of my cycle?
