Elective induction

I know this is a sensitive subject so please.. Restrain yourself from any negative comments!!!

Ill be 39 weeks on Monday, and since I was like 27 weeks I've had the worst ligament pain you could possibly imagine. I can't even lift my hips to turn over in bed. I can barely walk or anything and it makes it quite hard to take care of my 3 other children. Well almost 2 weeks ago, my doctor decided to put me on restrictions at work, but because I work in the kitchen those restrictions didn't apply to me so they had to let me go on leave 3 weeks early. I've been trying to work this pain out and what not but day by day it gets worse and worse. I was wondering if anyone would know if I'd possibly be able to request induction at 39 weeks? I'm a kaiser patient and live in Colorado.

I am already 70% effaced, and 4 cm dilated.
