In light of the craigslist story in Colorado..
*warning: this is disturbing*
Do you think someone should be charged with murder, if they intentionally stab and cut open the womb of a pregnant woman and it causes the baby to die? Many states do consider this to be murder. Colorado does not. The mother fortunantly survived.
*note* I'm not talking about abortion. I'm talking about a recent story of a woman who answered a Craigslist add and was attacked.
