Definitely not hairs it's most likely the bones in his head that have no yet joined and left the "soft spot" the bones in their head don't mean each other until around 25 weeks.

He's probably covering his ears. No one realizes this but ultrasound is extremely loud to a fetus.... They dont like it at all.
