Homemade vegan sushi!
I made my own sushi! My husband got station in Yokota AFB, Japan. You'd think finding veggie rolls in Japan would be easy but it's so hard to find! So I made me own crunchy veggie rolls with spicy mayo and a sweet soy sauce 😍 The rolls are filled with just cucumber and carrot, rolled inside out with panko bread crumbs pressed onto the rice. The spicy mayo is homemade auqufaba vegan mayo (Mary's Test Kitchen recipe) mixed with Sriacha and the sweet soy sauce is equal parts soy sauce and maple syrup with a little bit of water. Sooo epic and delicious!
