almost 21 weeks pregnant. Braxton hicks or baby pushing up?

Lately I've been feeling a bulge in my right side where the baby is. It gets hard at times, trying to figure out if it's baby pushing up or Braxton hicks? 
I would think the contractions would be my whole lower half of my belly. I'm not sure? My left side is always soft when it happens.

Labour/braxton hicks feel similar to the stretching pains you may have felt but stronger and over the whole stomac and would be regular if they was contractions

Sounds like it's just baby moving around.
