Best way to get baby moving?

I have a 4d ultrasound this afternoon and for my past two normal ones at the doctors office baby has been asleep. What's something I can do or drink to make baby more active for the appointment?

I drank oj 30 minutes before the appt with my first and he went crazy Tonight I ate brownie with ice cream and this little one was dancing in there haha I think the key is sugar but half hour to hour beforehand so it gets to baby

Thanks for the advice. Nothing worked..I drink orange juice, cold water, and ate some chocolate. Guess baby was just tired. We did get a few good movements from him though.

I had orange juice before my 12w scan and baby wouldn't stay still for its measurements to be taken ☺️

I ate chocolate before my last ultrasound because my boy wouldnt show himself lol. And it worked ☺️

My midwife said to drink cold fruit juice 20mins before the US to get the baby moving :) hope that helps 💜

I've been advised to eat chocolate or drink orange juice before my 4d by the sonographer.

A lot of people say orange juice works well, some say coffee. Really the goal is to drink something that will make the baby hyper so something sugary (or if you want, caffeinated) I would drink a bunch of different kinds of juice just to be sure! Lol
