Hi ladies, wanted to share my experience as I thought this would be helpful. I'm 13w and over the last week I've suddenly become very constipated. Well, it dawned on me the reason is because I switched prenatal brands (not for any reason) and I remember reading that certain prenatal brands have a bit of stool softener in them because constipation, as we know, is such an issue with pregnant women. Turns out I was right - the brand I was taking before, Centrum, has a bit of softener in it and the brand I was newly taking, Nature Made, does not.  So glad I realized this and definetly going back on centrum ASAP!!!!
