another period?

hello ladies and some men that are on here as well!

i have pcos and i take metformin. for a few months i haven't been taking it at night all the time and now i've recently noticed some odd things.

i just had my period two weeks ago and i'm in my fertile window but tonight i just noticed a small amount of bleeding.

is this another period? and is it from not taking my medicine right?

Metaforim doesn't regulate a period but possibly helps with your pcos. Which in turn not taking something your body is use to may cause you to have irregular bleeding because it's used to treat it in a way. Did they give it to you to surpress ovulation? Sometimes with things like pcos and endometriosis they often times use birth control or other methods in pill or shot form to help.
