Am I alone on this??

I'm 2 days late, I am always on time I've never had a late period, but I've also been stressed the last week. I know stress could cause this. Any comments?? Or anyone else having this problem or has already been in this situation?

Thank y'all, I'm guessing it was just stress in the end because I started today. Hopefully my stress level will go down and I will be back on track next month!(:

I had this same issue about 3 cycles ago. I was convinced I was pregnant but also under stress. I ended up being 9 days late for my period. I was so convinced I was pregnant that my body delayed my period because I was stressing out and not believing the bfns! I even got bloods at the doctors which confirmed I wasn't pregnant and I still didn't believe it! I was convinced I was.. Stress definitely can delay your period but I do think you should take a test just incase :)

I was very regular until I went off birth control and then everything went crazy. I was 5 days late on my last period so my Dr. Put me back on birthcontrol to try to get my normal cycle. Have you taken a hpt?
