Does anyone know what this could be? They're behind my ear, I've noticed them around a year ago. They are behind my ears and haven't grown in size, the skin around there doesn't feel any different, it doesn't itch or anything like that. It looks like some skin tags, sometimes they're more proeminent and other times you can barely see them. In the first picture behind my left ear they are more proeminent today, I took these pictures just then. Any inputs?
