Braxton Hicks at 20-21 weeks?

Anyone else getting them? I'm pretty sure I am. I can only feel them and see my belly get hard when I'm on my back. 
Sometimes I get a couple an hour or one an hour. Don't notice them when walking or sitting down. 
Is this normal? Second pregnancy... :/ freaking out....

Update everyone: I ended up going to labor and delivery to get monitored earlier today because last night I thought I was having A LOT of them.... 
turns out I didn't have ANY contractions while at the hospital and they said what I was feeling was probably just baby pushing on me hard! Especially since he is always very very active. What a relief lol

I started getting them at 18+6...I was dehydrate from traveling long distances over the last week and my body was not happy. Once I started increasing the water intake, they have stopped so far. I thought I was drinking plenty but, I guess not. Drink lots and lots and lots of water!!!

Yep I've been getting them since 16 weeks sporadically, and 18 weeks pretty much daily. They're uncomfortable and sometimes they hurt, which was a surprise. I never felt them my first pregnancy. But I've always read that they shouldn't hurt. Maybe it's just from the extra strain of twins this time. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I started having them at 17 weeks with this pregnancy. We have two singletons and triplets. I don't remember getting them this early with my triplets even but the more pregnancies you have the more likely you'll feel them earlier :)

Yeah I got them and mostly when I was laying on my back this was every minute for an hour scared me to be honest as I'm at risk of preterm labour. But I have vaginal tablets to help pre long my pregnancy as much as I can xx

I am 21 weeks and had the same! Doctor said it was normal. Try to peep or go to the bathroom, drink lots of water and rest is what I was told.

I have noticed this too but only in the evening really. I also get them if I'm dehydrated or have a full bladder. I think it's normal. Everyone gets them just not everyone notices!
