Morning sickness and work
So My nausea starts every day at about 1pm. The issue is I work at a day care. So 1- I HAVE to be at work unless I have an illness. And 2- I HAVE to be in the room at all times (except quick potty breaks when another teacher is in there) this is all due to child / teacher ratios.
Anyone have this problem and tips to get through? I hardly ever actually vomit, it's more of dry heaving.
