FIRST TIME MOM: I know everyone's pregnancy is different, but I can really use some tips

I was given 2 due dates; July 25th & July 30th. So what exactly do you feel when the Baby decides they're ready to come? Or what do you do to cause them to come on time? How do you know when it's really that time & not just a scare? I'm a first time mom. Never really been completely prepped for having a child (I know it sounds crazy)
