I'm 20+1 today and still haven't mentioned it. Thinking I'll wait until 24 weeks. I'm a home health nurse case manager and we only see our supervisors/go to the office once every 4-6 weeks for meetings so it's impossible for them to know unless we tell them. We had a meeting last week and I wore scrubs which makes it hard to see my belly even though I only seem to show after I eat anyway. I also noticed at the meeting that one of the other nurses is pregnant too. I didn't ask her how far along she is but I'm assuming she's at least 5 months. So I know I need to tell them soon so they can accommodate for two of us being off work.
