Tampons in the shower????

Question

Okay so I woke up this morning am just put a tampon in first thing like usual. Then I decided I needed to shower and thought "crap! I just put a tamp in and don't wanna pull one out dry!". Is it okay to just shower with it in? I mean we can swim with them in so what's the difference?

you should probably shower without your tampon so you can rinse your vagina. You have to be very hygienic during your period. Also make sure to only use 100%  organic tampons, they might be hard to find but it's worth it, because tampons are sprayed with cancer causing chemicals and since they are medical commdities companies are not obligated to tell you what's in them. Avoid using big brands like tampax.
