So, I'm very afraid of needles. It sounds stupid considering I have tattoos, but that's completely different from a needle going into your body. I just made my yearly female physical appointment, and This will be my 3rd year doing it now, and just this year they told me I'll need lab work done the week before?! I'm so nervous about it. I was just wondering if anyone had tips on how to stay calm? I'm a huge needle phobe, I can't even think of giving blood! Please help? 😁
