TMI Nipples: Do you experience puffy nipples before period?

My nipples are very puffy today. There is no pain and I can see the veins run through them.

Answer

I have nipples like that and always have. Although I've googled pics of "puffy nipples" and they're not severe. When I'm warm they're very soft and if I'm cold, get goosebumps or if they're touched they go hard like the average nipples. I've struggled with this probably my whole life and have always been self conscious of them. It's something I'm still working on and eventually you just have to accept that it's just the way your body is. And it's actually fairly common
