tattoos when you're plus sized?
I'm going to get a tattoo on my 19th birthday in 4 months. However, to put it simply - I'm fat.
I plan on losing weight when I'm in the right place but I want the tattoo when I'll have the money. Is there any places to get it done where skin won't stretch or sag?
