Anybody that has twins and don't have family close by? How do you get through the day? How do you stay positive? What's your secret? I had my son back in August and I have another baby due in September and we are moving away from family next month and I'm alittle shook up but I haven't let my husband know, but I know he knows how I feel and hasn't said anything. Granted I don't mind living away from family but how do you keep yourself sane?
