what can help sore breast

A week or so before I start my period my breast hurt really bad. What are somethings I can do to help them stop hurting?

Mine is usually the same. But I just tough it out. Lol AF is due either Friday or Saturday. But boobs haven't been sore lately 🤔

Don't underestimate the power of a good ice pack 😉

Also, are you sure you're about to get your period? One of my grist pregnancy signs (ended in MC) was super sore breasts. Just saying!

I give myself a breast massage, it helps me. You just have to be able to push through the pain, about 10 mins should do it. Or I do it in the shower and let the hot water run over them.
