I gained 60 pounds in like 6 months on Depo. Now that I'm off I've lost 20 pounds, my depression/anxiety isn't as bad, and my acne is 1000000x better.

Lost 34 pounds when I stopped it. Never realized I was taking weight since I was on it since 14 years old and I am now 30. I was training 5 times a week and eating very healthy and I was slightly taking weight. Stopped it continue my same routine and lost it by doing nothing extra... never again any type of birth control.

When I was on the pill it didn't make me gain or lose weight.

I'm on the shot and I never gained weight while on it. When I went off it tho I gained 60lbs in 3 months😐
