Any advice? Opinions? Im confused

So i had a positive digital opk on CD 9 (using UP&UP) brand from Target. Well my S.O and I got busy after we saw the positive. Well now its currently CD27, no symptoms, no BFP, not even AF. I currently have irregular periods, which can be from 100 days long to 70 its just everywhere. Well now i am on fertility pills kind of like fairhaven kind? (Stuff you can just buy online) well everytime i take an ovulation test, they are all negative until this one positive. And have been negative ever since. Yesterday i had some sharp pains down there, and it felt like AF was coming but no sign of her or anything.

Im starting to wonder if the opk was innacurate... 😢 anyone have any advice?
