Is this normal?

So I'm 12 weeks and 5 days pregnant and I am having intense back pain so I can really bend down. It is sooo painful is this normal?

Answer

I had a very bad back pain, it was my lower back and when I asked my doctor he said I probably bent wrong and pulled something or pinched a nerve. It hurt for weeks :( He told me when your pregnant ways of doing things that worked before May not work now------ yes even in the first trimester! I was mad after that lol

Is this normal?
