I had a positive opk June 19th and I feel like we should have had sex the 21st too, I know sperm can live a few days but I worry haha I had a polyp removed last month so I'm hoping that was the cause of our unexplained infertility

Answer

It's actually more beneficial to have sex before you ovulate than after. Sperm will live and travel in the uterus for days. You have a higher chance of conceiving with sex a few days before ovulation than the day or two after.
