How will Trumpcare affect Medicaid? As in, who gets kicked from Medicaid when it rolls around?

Trying to figure out with the cuts who will be kicked.
Existing people or people applying?

Both existing people who currently rely on Medicaid and future applicants will be affected. 
I think the CBO put out that 22 million Americans will lose care. 
That's not even counting the Americans that will be hurt by having sub-prime insurance due to repealing regulations that currently stipulate that insurance providers have to provide certain basic functions (ambulance rides, emergency room visits, etc.)
